Welcome to the "Spike says, 'Speak Up for Safety!'" campaign! This program was originally developed at the Spring House Technical Center to facilitate a more open and comfortable communication process for employees to give and receive safety feedback. The Spike program has since been adopted by several other Rohm and Haas sites. This Website will provide you with more information about the program, as well as how you can use the Spike campaign to provide your employees with both: 1) Training on giving and receiving safety feedback and 2) A fun mechanism for delivering the campaign messages.
